On Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz flights only
From anywhere in Canada;
From select US airports (with electronic ticket only);
From select international airports (with electronic or paper ticket);
With or without baggage; and Within 24-hours prior to scheduled departure, and
At least one hour before departure for flights within Canada;
At least 1.5 hours before departure for flights between Canada and the USA; and
At least two hours before departure for flights between Canada and other countries
Restrictions:
For passengers boarding from US airports, web check-in is NOT available for paper ticket holders.
Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Service fee:
A service fee of $25 CAD/USD is applied to any new booking or any
change to an existing booking that could have otherwise been completed
online. The service fee is per transaction per passenger, with a
maximum fee of $100 CAD/USD per booking.
The service fee is not applied to:
- Any changes that cannot be made online
- Flight reservations to cities not available through aircanada.com
- General inquiries
- Website assistance
