Eligibility for Web Check-in
Passengers holding an e-ticket are allowed to check-in online on domestic flights operated by Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air only, and
without paid upgrades. Online check-in allowed 24 hours to 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time.
Check-In Without Bags
When traveling without checked
bags, check-in time for domestic flights is 30 minutes prior to
departure on both Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, 45 minutes for
flights departing Las Vegas and Denver, and 60 minutes for
international departures.
Checking Bags
When
checking bags on Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air all checked luggage
must be processed by the following cut-off times to avoid rebooking on
a later flight.
Passengers traveling on Alaska Airlines from Denver and Las Vegas are required to have their bags checked 45 minutes prior to departure. Guadalajara has a 90-minute baggage cut off time.

Passengers traveling on Horizon Air from Burbank, Los Angeles, Oakland,
Ontario, Portland, Palm Springs, Reno, San Diego, Seattle, San
Francisco, and San Jose are required to have their bags checked 40 minutes prior to departure. Denver and Las Vegas have a 45-minute baggage cut off time.
