Traveling as an unaccompanied minor
Traveling to a specific international destination
Traveling on codeshare service (other than US Airways, US Airways Express, America West or America West Express)
Traveling in a party that is larger than 8 passengers
You're required to arrive at the gate 15 minutes prior to departure. If you know you will not arrive at the gate 15 minutes prior to your flight's scheduled departure time, please call US Airways Reservations at 800-428-4322. An agent will cancel your reservation and help you to rebook your travel.
