Eligibility for Web Check-in
In order to use web check-in and print your boarding pass, you must
Check-In between 24 hours and 60 minutes prior to your scheduled flight departure.
Have a reservation with an electronic ticket.
Have purchased an Adult, Child, or Senior fare type.
Web Check-in Restrictions
Customers holding reservations for group, infant, military, or requiring special services must proceed to the airport for Check-In
When to arrive at the airport If you have baggage to check, you can still use Web Check-In, then access ATA's self-service kiosk or curb-side podiums at most airports to
expedite tagging your bags for your flight. Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
