Web Check-In is available to all Hawaiian Airlines E-Ticket customers traveling on Inter Island and Trans Pacific (mainland) flights.Web Check-in Restrictions
You can access web check-in if you're holding a paper ticket. Besides, web check-in is not available for International destinations.
Be sure to arrive at the gate 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. However, if you have bags, you need to arrive early.
Island Air
Eligibility for Web Check-in If you're holding a confirmed e-ticket, you can use Island Air's web check-in service as early as 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time
but no later than 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Web Check-in Restrictions
Web check-in is unavailable for passengers holding a paper ticket and pasengers who require special handling, including unaccompanied minors and those who require
wheelchair assistance.
All passengers must be present at the boarding gate at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
