Eligibility for Web Check-in
Online flight check-in is available if you have a confirmed e-ticket on a domestic flight. You can check in online 24 hours in advance, but no less than 90 minutes prior to
your flight’s scheduled departure time.
Web Check-in Restrictions
Passengers under the following categories are NOT eligible for web check-in:
Traveling with a pet
Traveling on a group reservation in a party of 10 or more
Standby customers who do not have a confirmed reservation
Unaccompanied minors
Traveling internationally
Traveling with a lap infant free of charge
Customers who have requested additional assistance upon check in
Customers who have purchased an extra seat
In addition to the criteria above, customers may not be able to use the remote check-in process due to security directives issued by the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) . Please check in at the airport ticket counter where a JetBlue Customer Service Agent will assist you.
When to arrive at the airport Be sure to arrive at the gate 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. However, if you have bags, you need to
arrive early.
